Our company currently produces high-performance Mn-Zn ferrite soft magnetic cores, covering 18 major categories and more than 1,600 specifications and models. The core types include T, EE, EFD, ETD, EP, ET, UF, RM, PQ, PEE, PEL, CC, CI, FTR, etc. The product weight can be as low as 0.022 g per piece and up to 180 g per piece.
Among these, the high-permeability core series include KA50, KA70, KA100, KA120, and KA150 materials. Jiuxin high-permeability cores feature excellent temperature characteristics, low internal stress, and wide bandwidth. The power core series include KP40, KP44, and KP95 materials. Jiuxin power cores offer the advantage of low loss over a wide temperature range.
The company currently owns 4 RBD bell furnaces, 1 pusher plate kiln, 18 forming presses, 2 grinding and cleaning production lines, 20 sets of laboratory testing instruments, 8 automatic sorting machines, and 1 coating production line. The current monthly output of magnetic cores is 100 tons. There are 2 external sales offices.
The company holds 100% of the shares of Loudi Fengyu Technology Co., Ltd., which is a manufacturer of the raw material for Mn-Zn ferrite cores – ferrite granulated powder. Its current monthly output of ferrite granulated powder is 200 tons.
Loudi Jiuxin's products include KA series high-permeability materials and KP series power materials. They are widely used in modern communications, computers and peripheral equipment, electromagnetic interference (EMI) suppression, switching power supplies, LCD displays, automation equipment, green lighting, instruments and meters, automotive electronics, the photovoltaic market, military industry, aerospace, and other emerging electronic information fields.
我公司目前生産的高性能錳鋅鐵氧體軟磁磁芯，可生産十八大類，1600多種規格型號産品，型號規格有T、EE、EFD、ETD、EP、ET、UF、RM、PQ、PEE、PEL、CC、CI、FTR等，産品重量最小可做到0.022g/隻，最大可達180g/隻。其中高導磁芯繫列有KA50材、KA70材、KA100材、KA120材、KA150材，玖鑫高導磁芯具有溫度特性好、內應力小、寬帶等優點；其中功率磁芯繫列有KP40材、KP44材、KP95材，玖鑫功率磁芯具有寬溫低損耗優點。公司現有RBD鐘罩爐4颱，推闆窯1條，成型壓機18颱，磨洗加工生産線2條，實驗檢測儀器20颱套，自動分選機8颱，COATTING加工線1條，目前月産磁芯100噸，外設銷售辦事處2處。公司控股婁底市峰鈺科技有限公司100%股份，峰鈺公司是錳鋅鐵氧體磁芯原料-鐵氧體顆粒料生産廠，目前月産鐵氧體顆粒料200噸。婁底玖鑫産品包括KA繫列高導材和KP繫列功率材，産品廣泛用於現代通信、計算機及外部設備、抗電磁幹擾、開關電源、液晶顯示器、自動化設備、綠色照明、儀器儀表、汽車電子、光伏市場、軍工、航空航天等新興電子信息領域。
